Sonia Guerra, PTA
Sonia earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from St. Philips College in
2005. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Occupational
Education at Wayland Baptist University. Sonia has devoted her experience to
Physical Rehabilitation Institute for over ten years.

Pamela Jahelka, PTA
Pamela earned her Bachelor degree from San Diego State University and sat for
Physical Therapist Assistant boards, per licensing regulations in California.
After practicing for 17 years, she returned to school to update her knowledge of
physical therapy and earned an AAS, Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Mt.
Hood Community College. Pamela has practiced in a wide variety of therapy
settings including critical care and inpatient rehabilitation, home health, as
well as outpatient therapy. From the pediatric to geriatric population, her
clinical focus has been on orthopedic and neurologically impaired patients.

Rumiko Cahill, PTA
Rumiko earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kapiolani Community
College in 1989. She has worked in multiple settings during her career ranging
from home health, outpatient orthopedic, acute impatient, burn and skilled

Emily Okikawa, PTA
Emily earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kapiolani Community
College and her Bachelor degree from Hawaii Pacific University, Honolulu,
Hawaii. She has worked with a full spectrum of diagnoses
and ages from pediatric to geriatric and has over 15 years of experience in a
variety of settings, including; inpatient, skilled care, and outpatient.

Lynda Guerra, LMT
Lynda has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 years. She has been
working at Physical Rehabilitation Institute since it's inception. Lynda
specializes in Medical, Therapeutic, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy, Deep or Soft
Tissue, Lymphatic, Sports and Swedish Massages. Professional background

Our Administrative Staff
Stephanie Bussey, PT, MPT
Director of Operations
Stephanie graduated top of her class with a Master of Physical Therapy degree
from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio and Summa Cum Laude with a BS
in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. She has primarily worked in
outpatient settings, treating patients with orthopaedic and neurological
dysfunctions. She now devotes her attention to her role as Director of
Operations.

Nancy McClung, Billing Administrator
Nancy has been with Physical Rehabilitation Institute since its inception. She
served initially as the receptionist for our Stone Oak Location and, since 2002,
has served as Billing Administrator, overseeing all aspects of PRI's billing and
collecting servies. Nancy has enjoyed more than 20 years of customer service and
medical billing, specifically in the field of physical therapy. She is available
to assist you with questions regarding your benefits and the filing of your claims. |
Pam Rambo,
Director of First Impressions at Stone Oak
Pam has been a member of the Physical Rehabilitation Institute family since
April of 2011. She worked for PRI in 2009 for six months before moving out of
state. She happily came home as the Director of First Impressions at the Stone
Oak location. Pam has worked as a customer service representative within the
medical field for almost 20 years. She is the person you will contact to
schedule your appointments, verify your insurance and answer any questions you
have about the practice.

Priscilla Maldonado,
Director of First Impressions at Medical Center
Priscilla has been with Physical Rehabilitation Institute Medical Center
Location since 2009 as a Front Office Specialist. Priscilla has more than 15
years of customer service experience with 7 years of that in the Physical
Therapy setting after earning her Medical Office Specialist degree. She is
available to assist you with scheduling, insurance verification and any other
questions you may have. |
